Available to book now for stays from this July, the Pool Villas and Valley Rooms and Suites at Six Senses Douro Valley are tucked away on the other side of the kitchen garden from the hotel.

The property’s original wine lodge has been restored and converted into nine separate ensuite Valley Rooms and Suites, which can be reserved individually or together. There is a large and spacious lounge area with a magnificent fireplace to gather throughout the day. There are also several outdoor lounge areas with different aspects to provide shade and sun, stepping down to a lawn on the ground level and a shared swimming pool equipped with a counter-current machine. Or you can enjoy the garden bar, an oversized vitality pool, a fire pit, and a fragrant organic garden.

The One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Pool Villa each features a fully appointed kitchen, separate dining and living areas, fireplace, and wine fridge. Outside is a separate entrance, a heated pool with a counter-current swimming machine, a small lawn area with fragrant shrubs, a private sundeck with day beds, and a gazebo. Anytime is perfect for an intimate dinner prepared by the chef to enjoy in the cozy dining area or outside in the garden.

With the addition of two mansions, Six Senses Ibiza invites guests to celebrate “we time” in style. A fun and creative invention of architect and owner Jonathan Leitersdorf, The Cliffhanger gains its name from its prime position suspended over the cliffs, offering uninterrupted views across the bay from its floor-to-ceiling windows.
