Each month when the moon is blooming, Six Senses Kaplankaya offers space, seclusion and serenity, Aegean style, and a special soul session beneath the never-ending, star-spangled sky. If you’re new to chakra balancing, chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning circle or wheel. Chakras are thought to be the energy or power centers that connect to different parts of the body and hold the key to well-being. There are seven in total, with the fourth chakra, Anahata, or the heart chakra, representing the ability to love and be loved.
The heart chakra is at the very center of this energy channel and, therefore, considered to be the most crucial. If your chakras become blocked or unbalanced, because of emotional or physical issues, this can have a detrimental effect on your physical and mental state. But when your heart chakra is balanced, you’ll feel compassion and empathy – for yourself and others – more confident and connected to the world and surrounded by love and joy.
Over 60 minutes, Keerana employs the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls to help you release any negative emotions and replace them with positive, open-hearted, and healing energy.
