Suraj Varma: Ancient Ayurvedic Bliss
Suraj Varma first learned about the healing and positive energy of Ayurveda from his family, who have been Ayurvedic practitioners in Kerala for many generations. He now offers a range of traditional treatments, including Kerala Karma, Ayurvedic Deep Tissue Massage, and the deeply cleansing Marma Detox & Immune Booster.

Following her training in India, Bhutan, and Indonesia, today Sonia presents on TV channels and develops well-being programs, collaborates as a writer for women’s magazines in the US and UK, and develops holistic health programs for female entrepreneurs around the world. Join her for a Women’s Health Coaching Session, Jivamukti Yoga, Morning Flow, and Radical Self-Love.
Sanket Yadahalli: Pain Relief & Holistic Acupuncturist
Sanket is a Naturopath specializing in pain, stress, and lifestyle issues. As a fourth-generation healer, he grew up watching his family practice Ayurveda and help villagers in need. He offers a personalized Signature Massage that can include elements of reflexology, cupping, shiatsu, and craniosacral head and neck massage along with acupuncture and acupressure techniques to target a number of different health conditions.
Michelle Rellis: Physiotherapist
Michelle draws on an impressive and wide-ranging background of experience in the sports industry to treat and care for Six Senses guests. Her Exercise Prescription, Personal Training, and Total Wellness with elements of HIIT and sports massage make workouts safer, more effective, and more fun. She can also plan Recovery Sessions to change how you regulate stress responses and provide physiotherapy consultations to gain a more in-depth understanding of any injury and healing time.
