Carlos Ferrater, one of the world’s leading architects, invokes a contemporary vibe with shapes and materials that allow the buildings to stand out, yet seamlessly dissolve back into the environment. Since 2000, Carlos has won five FAD Prizes, and he was also awarded the 2009 National Architecture Award by the Spanish Ministry of Housing for his outstanding career and an International RIBA Fellowship from the Royal Institute of British Architects.
With a Doctoral Thesis in "Complex Geometrical Systems applied into Architectural Practice", renowned architect Borja Ferrater is author of the book Synchronizing Geometry, which is exhibited at galleries around the world. Along with Carlos, he is a Founding Partner Architect of OAB (Office of Architecture in Barcelona), a FAD prize winner in the category of "ephemeral architecture" and Wallpaper Design Awards winner 2010 for the Roca Barcelona Gallery.
