- Voltage
  Local voltage is 220 to 240 volts AC.
  Three-pin British plugs are available through housekeeping.

  Cancellation Policy
  Reservations are to be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer. Should guests wish to guarantee the booking by a Bank Transfer, we will send the invoice together with our bank details.
  
  Stays from November 1 to December 20 / January 8 to January 23 / April 26 to September 26, we require 100 percent payment 30 days prior to arrival. 100 percent cancellation charge 30 days or less prior to arrival.
  
  December 21, to January 7. We require 100 percent payment 90 days prior to arrival. 100 percent cancellation charge 90 days or less prior to arrival.
  
  January 24 to April 25. / September 27 to October 31. We require 100 percent payment 45 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Residence bookings. 100 percent cancellation charge 60 days or less prior to arrival.

  Pet Policy
  The environment of Six Senses Zil Pasyon is not appropriate for pets, therefore we have implemented a policy of no pets allowed.
Family Plan
- All one-bedroom villas can accommodate two adults plus one child under 12 years and two-bedroom villas can accommodate four adults plus two children under 12 years. The sofa in the bedroom will be turned into a sleeping bed.
  
  Food and Beverage Services
  - Children aged five years and younger stay and eat for free from the children's menu.
  - Children aged six to 11 years stay for free on Bed & Breakfast basis and have a dedicated menu.
  - Children aged 12 or above are charged adult prices.
Arrivals And Departures
- Early arrival
  Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.
  
  Late departure
  Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50 percent of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied.

  Groups and Events Reservations
  Reservations for groups and events requiring six or more Villas are to be made directly with the resort as specific guarantee and cancellation policies apply. Block bookings of six or more rooms made via our website or an agency will not be honored without the resort’s specific authorization.
